Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping, but unfortunately, we cannot deliver to certain locations, including the Bahamas, Yemen, Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Syria, Niue, French Guiana, the British Virgin Islands, Aruba, New Caledonia, Bahrain, and the Cayman Islands. For orders over $100 USD (excluding free products), shipping is free.

How to track my order ?

After you complete your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping information. You can enter your tracking number here. Then if the item is shipped, you also will immediately receive a shipping email.

Why hasn’t my tracking information been updated?

When shipping internationally, it typically takes 3-5 days for the package to reach the international shipping center's airport.

During this time, there may be no tracking updates, especially for inland transportation from remote areas such as Tibet or Nepal to the shipping center.
Tracking information will only be updated once the package arrives at the international shipping center and is scanned.

Will my order be shipped in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be shipped separately. This allows us to ensure that each item reaches you as quickly as possible.

Before reaching out, check with your local post office to see if the tracking number shows the parcel has arrived in your city.

How do I place an order?

Order Changes and Cancellations

We’re happy to assist with updates to your order, such as modifying the zip code, address, or product selection, within 2 hours of placing the order.
Unfortunately, changes cannot be made once the item has been shipped.

- Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled if they have not been processed at our warehouse. Once forwarded to the carrier, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.

- Non-Returnable Items: Fragrance products like incense sticks and candles cannot be returned or exchanged if opened or used.
